Return & Refund Policy

Vigorgn is owned and operated by Huai'an Xingqichen Technology Co., Ltd. This policy explains how to request assistance with returns, damaged or defective products, incorrect items, and refunds.



1. Return Eligibility



Unless expressly stated on the relevant product page, we do not accept returns solely because of a change of mind, personal preference, or dissatisfaction with a fragrance preference.



This restriction does not apply to products that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from their description. Nothing in this policy limits any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.



Any additional return offer displayed on a product page will apply to that purchase according to its stated conditions.



 2. Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Misdescribed Products



If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially misdescribed product, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 7 calendar days after you receive it.



The 7-day period helps us investigate promptly. It does not automatically exclude a valid claim involving a defect discovered later or any rights available under applicable law.



Depending on the issue, we will provide an appropriate replacement, refund, or return solution at no additional cost to you.



 3. How to Request Assistance

- Your order number.


- The name and email address used for your purchase.


- The product concerned.


- A description of the issue.


- Photographs of the product and packaging, where relevant.



We may request additional information where reasonably necessary. If you cannot provide a particular photograph or video, please let us know so we can discuss another reasonable way to review your request.



Please retain the product and packaging until we provide instructions.



 4. Return Authorization and Address



Please contact us before sending a product back.



If a physical return is required, our customer support team will provide the appropriate return warehouse address and return instructions after reviewing your request.

This business address is not a return address. Please do not send returns there unless our customer support team specifically instructs you to do so.



Because fragrances may be subject to carrier shipping restrictions, please follow the return shipping instructions we provide.



 5. Return Shipping Costs



If a return is required because the product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from its description, we will arrange or cover the necessary return shipping costs. You will not be charged a restocking fee for these issues.



If we expressly approve a preference-based return under an applicable product-page offer or another agreed arrangement, you will be responsible for return shipping costs unless we state otherwise. Any applicable costs and conditions will be explained before you agree to the return.



 6. Refund Amount and Timing



Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.



If a return is required, we will issue the approved refund within 5–10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product. If no return is required, we will issue the refund within 5–10 business days after approval.



For a full-order refund caused by a damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially misdescribed product, the refund will include the original standard shipping charge, if any. For partial-order refunds, we will explain the amount being refunded.



Your payment provider or bank may require additional time to post the funds after we issue the refund. If you have not received an approved refund after the stated processing period, please contact us.



7. Order Cancellations



To request cancellation, email service@vigorgn.com as soon as possible.



We can cancel an order before fulfillment begins. If cancellation is confirmed, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, without a cancellation fee.



Once fulfillment has begun, cancellation may no longer be possible. We will confirm the order status and explain any available options.
